This game constantly loads slow and won’t let me in saying I have no internet connection. Which is not true. I’m about to delete the game. I have asked repeatedly for help only to be sent an email with a mad face. I have a brand new iPhone and none of my other games are having issues. So I deleted your game this morning and I’ll be sure not to download anymore melsoft games.

i cant even rate it because ive never been let into the game. it keeps sending me the “oops! something went wrong!” message. its been happening for so long no matter how many times i delete, redownload, exit out of the app, nothing works,my wifi is just fine so idk what the problem/bug is.

I first saw the ad, it looked like a game with decisions. It was that you build your raft, save people and I never saw anything about energy. When I downloaded it and went on the game and it was an ok story. Then it started to get slow. I used so much money to do simple tasks. There was no “rafts” or “ saving people”.

I started out playing “FamilyAge” then that one stopped at level 44. Then found “ Family island” I so enjoy the game but it almost most difficult to advance due to not being able to get the resources to do such. The mini games are nice if you want to play but energy runs out so fast……I will play until maybe another game pops up.

Great Game, But Could Be Much Better

Three-star rating only because almost every task takes far too long. I get so tired of waiting for items to complete, I leave the game. It also seems like many things “cost” way more than they should. For example, the items needed to do an upgrade are ridiculous. I’m very aware that i can get extra items and energy from gifts, chests, stumps, etc, but then there’s the problem of not enough storage. My biggest complaint is how difficult some of the islands are to navigate. There are some that appear to be impossible to get through. I love a challenge - that’s part of the game - but some are not fun they’re so ridiculously difficult. I’ve spent actual $$ in some instances, but probably won’t do it again because of the “endless” number of dead ends. Not fun at all. I have kept coming back to this one, but I’m enjoying it less and less because of the issues noted above. Not sure how much longer I’ll continue.

I love this game. There are plenty of ways to earn enough energy (without spending real cash) to last for several hours of game time. And it replenishes quickly as well. It is a non-violent game that has a great story with plenty (so much) to keep me busy. I just wish there was a day, or even a few hours, between events so I could work on MY island. I also think trees should regrow slowly, so I do not wake up to a full size pine blocking my fields. Great game… looking forward to team competition.
