Crashing issues

I love this game and play daily; however, it crashes after an ad to receive a free life. There is no current update for this game. Could you provide an update date to correct this issue?
Side quests?

Normally I would give this game a 5 but recently the side quests keep appearing and disappearing. It’s not fun starting one then going back to see it’s not there any longer.

This is an awesome game!! It’s challenging but easy enough to progressive to the next level. I enjoy the sound effects to. I have been playing this for 6 months and still look forward to playing it.

So addicting! I never liked candy crush or games similar to this but I can’t get off my phone playing this. So fun!!!

The game hasn’t loaded all day it’ll open but right when I try to play a game it just freezes

Every time I go and play a level it won’t load and it will never load I’ve deleted this game and re downloaded it please fix it !!
