Great game but...

Bostonterrior555

The game is great but I haven’t gotten any more dwellers in the past couple of days. So if you can fix that that would be great. But besides all the negativity, the game is great.

Glitchy

Party pooped

The game freezes at the beginning, during tutorial section when adding a dweller to the power generator. I tried deleting the game and Re-downloading but the glitch is till there

4 stars because there is so much more to add! Perhaps when you create a new vault you have 3 minuets to build and people before the bombs fall and maybe add super mutants and centaurs for quests. And Please please please add some form of trading between vaults like same network or something. One small detail, but I remember one quest where there was a vault that was still working, so why was the door busted up and the inside all broken? Judy and idea but make it so that vaults they are still running do the door opening animation and the inside doesn’t look so bad. But other than that it’s a pretty good game

The radiation

brandmilio

I would like to begin with the people who make this game I love it so much I will play this game as much as I can BUT There Is a lot of radiation going to the bunker that my people are always sad and I have a lot of medical bays are already in the system and a Half to give it the radiation repellent to the people every second time we play a day so they can be happy and get the radiation go to my bay so dam fast after I give them the repellent so I hope you guys can listen to my problem and fix that but everything else I love this game so much

This game has to be changed

I think that this game is well designed and very thought out, but there are certain things that stick out to me and make me not like the game. The first thing is the freaking death claw attacks. Half of my dwellers died during it. It wasn’t because I’m not prepared, it’s because I just had another death claw attack beforehand and it weakened all my dwellers. You need to make the death claw attacks less likely to happen just because of how hard they are to survive, especially when two of them are back to back. The second thing is to add some type of editing mode where you can move your rooms around and rearrange things. I’ve already wasted so many caps on trying to move rooms to a better spot. But otherwise there are no major issues with the game that I’ve been experiencing. Edit: I’m currently done playing this game. What happened was, out of nowhere, there was a mole rat infestation. I thought “ok” because I’ve had it happen before. But no. The mole rats wouldn’t die no matter how many guns I had shooting at them. The infestation killed the dwellers in one room. Moved on to the next room. And the next. Now it’s at the point that all my dwellers are going to die. So I just left the game and now I’m writing this review trying to get you (the game developers) to fix your game. The mole rat infestations are way too hard and kill your dwellers way too fast. I think that you should rethink your whole entire combat mechanic in general because I was never really a fan of them. I’m not downloading this game again until it changes. Another update: I decided to sit and watch what happened to my vault. Only 15 out of the 68 dwellers survived. 6 of them were out exploring so it doesn’t even matter. I don’t have enough caps to revive all of my dwellers and I’m surely not buying anything from this game to help with that. And it’s not even worth me trying to keep going with this game anymore because I don’t have enough people to keep my vault sustained anymore. I thought that this was good game. I guess I was wrong.

Dedication

.bryson.

U can get addicted and it can be difficult to maintain if playing on survival mode, but over all it’s a great game. U get great in game loot and enough lunch boxes via quest thingies it’s good.

Fallout Shelter is a “free-to-play” game that is entertaining in short bursts but is, predictably, not capable of reaching its full potential due to the inherent extortive nature of games in the mobile genre. Yes, this game is much better than most of the trash that you will find in the App Store, but at the end of the day it is still riddled with design features that are explicitly there to frustrate the player into spending real currency on digital assets. People that rate this game as a 5/5 have gambling addictions, while the 1/5s are most likely just the cynics among us. If you’d like a mediocre and unsubstantial semi-Fallout experience that you can play on the go, then this game is great for you, just beware of the Mole-rat Apocalypses!
