Only worked once then never again

I installed this app and used it successfully once. After that it fails every time. No auto lock or pass code set on my phone, it simply fails and goes back to the iPhone screen after the timer elapses - but no fake call is made.... VERY disappointed.

Looks fun but when I was finish setting it up the sound didn't work at all. I was just waiting for it to go off.ok? :(

Trial version in iOS 7 iPhone 5 was full screen. After purchased the Full version, screen became smaller, looked like is for iPhone 4S and below. No incoming ringtone, NO SOUND, though it has been selected, just vibrating. Big disappointment!
