No more daily challenges no clubs nothing!

One day everything was working the next I had no daily challenges. After a week with no daily challenges I contacted support who told me to uninstall and reinstall the game. Now I have nothing! Only the main course, no clubs. It back to the basic app. It is stuck on downloading updates. Support told me to try a different WI-Fi net works or a different device. Nothing works. Also I was told that I was the only one who was having this issue. But after reading the reviews a lot of people are having the same issue. If only someone from support would read these reviews they would know that it is not an issue with my Wi-Fi or cellular service. It is a problem with Big Fish! So frustrating!

I have played this game for a few years. I am surprised that most ratings are OLD. They ran a survey about likes, dislikes, new features, etc. For a few months the game was FUN to play because you had a good chance of winning at least one of the daily games. It has gone downhill. I have played every day for the last month and I have not won one daily game without using boosters. I save those for the main games…not the measly reward daily games. It is not fun when the game is impossible to win.

I’ve purchased several packs for this app over a total of 2 years it’s well today was one of those days I purchased a champion pack for 19.99($21.19) there was a connection issue but the app did acknowledge my purchase but it was not reflected on the app it is reflected on my banking statement as well as my Apple ID but not the app, when I attempt to “restore purchase” which I received a message saying my purchase would be restored for free it was not. Upon trying the “contact us” button I was told I wasn’t eligible to create a ticket. The money had been taken. And I would just like what I paid for fix this!

I used to play this everyday, however, when you play and none of your cards ar3 play cards and you use up all your clubs, Midas clubs, and erasers and shuffles and cannot clear a game, it gets very frustrating and not fun to play, very disappointed after the update
