good app but a rip off

I’ve bought this app twice and never uninstalled it but it’s constantly telling me that I have to spend more money for the same features I was able to use and paid for before. I love it when I can use everything but having to pay by the month or $70 something for a year is ridiculous when I was able to do everything before for $4

I bought the app after having the free version to use the tools that I had been using for free for years, when after a while they blocked off the tools I used the most!!! Paint?? Really. Such a scam. They block out the tools you already paid for on a monthly basis to try to make you pay more than an additional $12.99 a month. When this feature was free for years? And I already started paying $2.99/mo to continue using this feature.

From 5 Stars to 2 Stars Because Of The Annoying Ads For FaceTune 2. They block the image and pop-up unexpectedly. Listen, I tried FaceTune 2. I didn’t like it at all. You WILL NOT get me to use it. Hang it up!! Old Review Before The Ads For FaceTune 2 **************************************** I'd Love To See the Developers ... push the envelope a bit and add the ability to perform existing functions on a micro-sized level. 95% of the time I love this and your finger is all you need to use, but, if we had the ability to really zoom in and edit like a surgeon ... it'd be mind-blowing!

Kept my child home from school this year. Bought a pro background on amazon. Touched up photos with this app. Nobody knew the pics were taken in my living room. Great app.
stop telling me to upgrade to facetune 2

The app itself is great. Every time I opened the app, it pops up the ad saying it’s free to upgrade to facetune 2. I download the app, and found out, of course it’s free, because the app itself is free, but you need to pay $70 to “buy” the app forever. Even though the facetune 1 says facetune 1 user would get discount, I don’t really see where the discount is. The whole upgrade thing seems so disrespectful and greedy. We have paid money for the full use of the app without ad or anything. However the purposefully inserted facetune 2 ad makes me worried that facetune 1 will no longer be maintained by the developers in the future someday. Honestly, if that really happened in the future, I won’t be surprised, but I’ll for sure never purchase another app developed by them.
