Purchased pro version without my permission

I didn’t have the app for more then five minutes before the app glitches and closes out. When I open the app up it tells me “congratulations on purchasing a year subscription to our pro package” I didn’t press any buttons there was no asking me and there was no way within the app to fix it. It’s a scam.

The app is not free.. they give you no otion but to pay and join a subscription lol what is this

It only lets me see the daughter picture. The son one and kids one it only pops up “retry”
