You choose pictures from a a list of pictures, most of which you have to pay for :( You also can't use your own pictures which to me completely defeats the purpose of a face swap app

Should be free, just overlaps the faces and does not even do that in line so they don't really match up unless you take EXACTLY THE SAME POSE
