Like the app but have difficulty importing from my photo album. I’m successful in importing 30% of photos in my photo album and all were taken with the same phone camera

The rendering “thermometer”just freezes halfway with every type of attempted export, every time.

When I tried to use my photos it said “face story could not download some of these pictures” it didn’t even say which ones! I regret downloading this app
