Why don’t pedals steer on ground?

I had hours of fun with this app. Flies great. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t use rubber paddles on the ground though. Two pilots often use ailerons for taxi?

I love this version of the game but on my old Samsung whenever a new plane was added it would take away the plane named above it

Why do we have to buy the planes I want the plane! It’s more cooler with the f14 super tomcat and I want it and all the planes!
