Amazing Game - Some Updates Needed

This game is a good one for a first mobile F1 game out of Codemasters. That being said, some improvements could be made: -Rain This is a big addition graphics-wise, but is essential to getting more out of the app. -Pitstops This is a big problem currently. I have had situations where AI follow me into the pits and I will subsequently have a 50+ second pit stop. This is rare, but is really annoying. -AI Performance With the current AI levels, they need to add more, or fix the higher levels. At the Very Hard level (the highest AI level), all they do at most tracks is run into each other, or when you attempt a move where you go side by side with them, all they do is cut you off or run right into you. The general speed of this level of AI is not enough, compared to some of Codemasters’ platform F1 games where Ultimate AI is prevalent. -Safety Cars There are three major bugs I can see with this area. They are the following: 1. Safety car periods appear to be randomized, and caused not by an actual crash but by a random AI disappearing off the face of the earth. 2. On the restart, there are some tracks where braking zones (China especially) will mess with the AI speed, and you will slow to a stop at hairpins and have a massive gap to the car in front. 3. Sometimes, if you are the leader, you will for some reason follow the Safety Car into the pits and then randomly decide against it. This adds to the confusing nature of the Safety Car period in this game. -Time Trial Although it isn’t a problem, I would like to see that you don’t get disqualified for going backwards. I understand you can’t do that in a race, but I would love to do backwards hot laps. -Corner Cutting/Collisions The current penalty system employed in this game is problematic and mirrors Codemasters’ F1 2011, 2012, and 2013. It will give you penalties for questionable reasons, and the corner cutting stringencies are ridiculous in some tracks (Canada, Mexico, and Brazil are some prime examples). Also, a small bug in Belgium is that when you run wide at Turn 10 (Bruxelles) it gives you a corner cutting warning. Despite these problems, the overall game is fantastic to play and well worth the 2 bucks.

Broken for iPad mini
First off I would like to say that this game is exceptional. I love the feel and the gameplay of this game. I only have 2 problems. 1. Controller. There is no ability to use a controller on this game. I would love to see controls for a controller for this game. I would play this game every single day. If they were to implement this into the game, I would like to see them let us have he ability to change and modify controls. 2. Career mode. The career mode has tons of tracks. I mean TONS. One problem I have with it is the lack of actual structure. Basically when you lead in you choose your company, then your driver. Then after that you basically have tons of races to practice, qualify, and then race. You get to choose one then go. They should make a structure or story where maybe you need to race to see how good you are to get recruited. Then, you get teams to offer you a contract then you choose. Then maybe you could have races set in place like on the console. (BTW you should get the game on console too it’s great!) Thank you so much for even reading over my comment. I love this game. It is engaging, and keeps me coming back to it. F1 2016 provides a wonderful racing experience. However, I have had trouble with the game’s responsiveness. When using the touch steering, either the wheel, gas, or break will not respond. I may be holding the gas pedal on a straightaway when the gas simply lets go, or going around a tight corner when the steering wheel just resets, even with my finger holding down on it. This problem may just be an unfortunate coincidence with my iPhone, but it is a problem nonetheless. But all that aside, money very well spent. I do recommend this game!

The game itself is incredible it's the only game that actually captured the brilliance of F1. The only thing it needs is a update for the 2018 season the cars and drivers are outdated they need to it F1 2018!

I’m going to be the first to say it but it’s too easy. I race for McLaren Honda and even on my worst tracks I qualify first. And in the races, I’m gapping Hamilton by 20 seconds. Everything else? Fantastic. Just buy it. It’s worth it.
