They have a plug in to wechat that I sometimes use to upload videos. You have no control whatsoever of the free version aesthetic wise but there’s a premium version for around 3k usd a year, yup 3k. So I stick to the free version. I uploaded some vids the other day and set a timed published meaning your vids shouldn’t have been published before you selected date right? Nope, apparently that’s only for the site, their plug in will publish all of your vids, out of order too. When I contacted them about it, they said it’s not their problem. So I asked if they developed the plug in or if it was a third party, they said they did. So if you developed something then how is it not your problem? Ok fine, maybe it’s because I’m using the free version? Then I asked if this issue would be solved through the premium version, and the response I got was, “oh I wasn’t aware we had a premium”... this isn’t even the first time or the second time, each time it’s a different thing and cs will tell you different thing and say that someone else is responsible, oh it’s wechat’s fault, oh it’s the browser. I set the vids on a timed publish schedule specifically so that I can come back to it later and change if I needed, on any other platform this does not mean consent to publish, but apparently here it does. I going to delete all the content I’ve uploaded and taking my stuff elsewhere and I suggest you all do the same. Who knows what they’re doing with these content they’ve taken enough off of youtube and published them under different names anyway.
