Can’t see history usage since last update

Why removing the most useful feature?

Doesn’t work
Moosepuck's mom

Our new meter was installed toward the end of January and on April 28th quit working, shows we aren’t using any water. Our city is spending money for this “Upgrade”? Columbia, SC

Exceptional
escov

Needed by all to mitigate the drought

Terrible updated version
Maureen663

I used to love this app because I could check under reads to see our water usage as reported every 15 minutes. With the old version I was able to pinpoint times when water was being overused and cut back on our usage. This new version shows a bunch of useless graphs and I have no way of knowing the amount of water being used at a particular time and can not be as proactive about reducing our water usage.

It’s not working
waterworries

Loaded the a year ago it was fine. Get a large bill go to look why. 0 gallons reported.

Accuracy
Many times daily

Not sure how accurate this app is. Will observe the reported leak for several days. If it isn’t my wife watering the different gardens, we will soon know the accuracy of the leak notices.

The app is awesome but need to be able to pay your bill through it would make it much better

Almost very good
Why44not

The information is timely and valuable but the app doesn’t allow users to remain signed in. It’s a pain to have to log in every few days on my iPhone. Hope this can be fixed. Update 7/22/2021. The app now requires logging in almost every day and occasionally freezes.

First time using the app
RNumbers

Well, finally got this app to work . Grrrr seems I may have a water leak!! My bill has been high by my standards.( since I live alone and work) no way ... hmmm ??? 6.4 gals running while nothing is being used?? Grrrrrrr all out door facets are closed and wrapped prep for winter ... no clue ? I hope it’s not under the flipping house... still trying to recover from stupid hurricanes . So the app has been useful

Took away feature of hourly use and keeps showing leak rate of zero
dpc9797

The app is broken even with last update. Still shows me leak rate of 0. Also took away the feature of viewing the hourly rate of use. This app has gone backwards and needs to be fixed ASAP.
