It's just a piece of text that you read, with a timer that waits for you to do the exercise. Lol!

Only 1 Mode is Free

The Free Mode is “Relax”. I downloaded the app for the Improvement Mode since it was listed in the Description. But you have to pay for Improvement and Prevention. Please update the description. Otherwise, the Relax Mode Workout was okay. But you should add a timer with sound, because it’s hard to do the exercise and view the countdown at the same time.
