Add some things that might interfere with the eye drop like birds or whatever. I would up the difficulty a bit too. I am atop the leader boards at floor 27. That's only my 2nd time playing too. I like it but would be better..

This game is awesome. If you loved Hotdog Panic or Brave Man, this game will make your heart smile. It gets really hard to judge at the higher stories. The slow motion is a great touch.
