Wouldn’t let me buy effects

This app has great effects but I tried to buy one the locked ones and it wouldn’t let me. It would say “your purchase was successful” but it wouldn’t let me use the effect.

As far as I can tell, you have to shoot the video and apply the special effects. It would be cool to be able to upload previously shot video and apply the FX.
This app is the worst!!

Do not buy this app. It doesn't even work!! It is not worth ur money. When It starts to download it glitches out
