Love express but there app takes lot of time to load and crashes a lot.

First you sign me out. Then I type in the correct password and it says incorrect. So I take the time to reset my password and it still doesn't let me login. I guess I'll spend my money else where.


The worst!

I've been trying to buy something on this app for 2 days now. Each time it says my password is incorrect and I know for a fact it's not. I'm not even able to view any items. I guess Express hired a newbie app developer. Do better!


Horrible glitches

Constantly shuts down, doesn't save items in your bag. Some promo codes won't work that are active. Just stick with your computer

For the last two weeks I've been unsuccessfully trying to use the express app, I type in my correct password and it says I'm not. I sign in online but still cannot access my cart it says fashion overload...uuurrrgggggghhhhhh! Please fix immediately!!!!

This app is the absolute worst! I can't tell you how many times I've attempted to login and it continues to say I have the wrong email address/password. Judging from the reviews this is not a unique problem. Get it together Express. I called to get assistance and they said it's a known issue and couldn't assist.


Weird app

Trying to open the app and it's just frozen and closes. I try to open the app again and the same thing. Been happening for two days already...anyone else having this problem? It's convenient to have the app, but what's the point if it doesn't even work!?!

Garbage. Garbage. I have paper weights that do more than this app. Doesn't open. Can't load anything. Should have known the app would be crap because their regular online site doesn't work well either. Garbage.

I've had the express app on my iPhone for couple years now. The website hasn't been functioning properly for over 2 weeks now. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I'm unable to log into my account, place orders properly, and see previous order history. I was able to place an order when I checked out as a "guest". However, it charged me for shipping (I'm an express a list credit card holder so shopping is supposed to be always free). It also wouldn't allow me to use promo code. I tried calling express to fix my order but the wait time was over 30 mins both times I called. When I finally spoke to a rep and I asked when they would fix the website, I was told it would be fixed by last Sunday (almost a week ago). I finally deleted the app and will likely just cancel my account and shop elsewhere due to such technical difficulties.

I do NOT purchase anything from Express without a coupon and/or reward discount. Seems silly that the promo code field on the app doesn't even work to apply the codes therefore making shopping through the app a ridiculous option.
