1. I just paid $4.99 for a “pro” app that requires another $3.99 for the pro version. 2. After downloading, the first thing that happens is I get a message saying the only way this app will work is if I also have a computer with the software. I only own my iPad Pro. No computer. How do I get my money back?

The app keeps closing on me and it took me forever to download it to my computer. Every time I try to export the messages the app close one me. I even paid for unlimited export and it won’t let me export the messages. I just wasted my money.
