What a fiasco buying the full version

I down load the free version, nothing happen, since my grandson was waiting for, I decided to purchased the full version that the app twist your arm to do. After opening Explore world, creating Jurassic park it said please wait And then it kicks you from the app. Do Apple know that you are charging and not delivering? After 24 hours if this have not been fix I will complain to Apple.
