Kept on Crashing

The app kept on crashing and would It connect. I got through once and they I got an error. Horrible idea and experience.

Downloaded for E3. Been here 2 days already and the app has been useless. I get right on yo schedule a demo and it just freezes. Once it finally goes through it says every demo is full. Waste of space

Doesn't... work...

The app literally doesn't load your schedule. I got kicked out of my reservation. Makes me want to sell my playstation to some poor schmuck.

They clearly did not plan for this app to hold a a couple thousand users at once, even though the numbers for E3 are clearly given. Freezes constantly and makes playing the #1 and #2 game of the year near impossible except for 1% of people here and those who are magically able to have a reserved seat before reserve seating is available.
This app is useless

The only thing this app did was crash when it was time to purchase/reserve tickets!

This process single-handedly ruined my E3 experience this year. It is baffling that a team of individuals agreed upon this method of determining which of their loyal fans would have opportunities to experience upcoming content. Beyond the fact that anyone not in possession of a smart phone is immediately removed from the situation, you alienated thousands of fans who attempted to reserve their spots and were met with non-responsive service. Take a note from Nintendo next year.
No demos for anyone

The only way to demo at E3 was thru this app that never worked. Neither myself or anyone I was with was able to demo a single game at PlayStation so we went and spent our time at the Expo waiting in real lines and actually getting to play demos at other companies instead.
