I’m writing this review before I try the iPad version so will update, but I love using the expensable app on the iPhone. There are some quirky things you have to learn how to maneuver like adding something from e-bin but I can create expense reports in minutes. Works for me.

I am giving this a low rating because I can’t even get the app to start. It works fine but after it makes you change your password and make a security question, there is no way to proceed after that.. maybe a “next button” or “Finish” instead it is just blank and you’re left there with no way to proceed.

Easily the worst app I use. Would not use if my company would use something better. The app crashes and then I have to re open and navigate back to what i was attempting to do. Very inefficient way of doing expenses.

Been using this app on my iPad but very inconvenient without landscape native iPad option. 2x iPhone view not ideal. Regarding other users of the desktop version. I was also a loyal desktop user and still am. We did work with a developer who reverse engineered the desktop and created similar envelope icons on top of excel and open source spread sheets which we are now selling for desktop users who are restricted from putting expense information on public servers like Insperity due to security issues. Our application also includes encryption, PIN assignment, two-factor authorization is available for Windows, Mac and Linux and is selling very well.

Please add the simple option of adding more than one photo per expense. The app is very useful except when an expense consists of more than one photo, I.e. Flight receipts.

Easy to enter expenses, receipts and upload them to a report. Can approve report from the app. Easier to use all the time.

I can no longer look up a city for my expenses, rendering my expenses completely unsubmittable through the app. App is useless until that part works again. A pity, because I preferred it over the desktop version.

The app could be a lot better ... like Concur for example. It’s not user friendly, clunky and crashes lots. When editing expenses entered on a different system, e.g. browser, the app crashes every time after saving changes.
