So was booking my birthday trip for Vegas and Valentine’s Day when the site crashed and charged my card over 2k and I’m told it can’t be used or refunded for the trip ! Bs ! 3 days I have to wait for my money on debit card transaction ! Now the flights won’t be available ! I called and gave them the opportunity to make it rite but they refused ! So I advise against making big trip purchases I had it do it on rental purchase for them to tell me the same thing ! What a joke and horrible customer service !

Purchased tickets with insurance. Almost immediately after paying, received an email stating flight was available. Called number in email to cancel and receive refund. Got the run around on hold for over an hour and attendant stated it was not up to them and that the airline had to refund as flight wasn’t available. Called airport direct and got the same initial flights requested lower than Expedia. I called my bank and had all charges disputed and dropped. These people are here to take your money when they can’t deliver.

I would except a much better app than this. I am not really looking forward when I have to use it because it is not immediate in the passages and some functions are not efficient.

I try everything in power ONLY to use Expedia! App is very easy to maneuver through. Customer service is nice as well.

I am trying to warn people. They made a booking for me and took my money for a hotel which had closed. Despite being a loyal member for over ten years the support regarding my issue and difficulty in obtaining my reimbursement is disheartening....bye-bye Expedia. Be warned!

I have an itinerary number and have tried everything to access it. One hour trying and it doesn’t exist in the app. Time to delete it.

So expensive to find connecting flights. From Amsterdam to Bangkok is just 750$ round trip directly book on KLM. Expedia charge 1200$. People go find the airlines to your destination and book them on their sites. Much cheaper and easier.
