Powered by a new patented engine (TAss -Touch Audio Sampling Synth), Evotion (model 1) is the first of a new series of samples synthesizers for iPhone, based on desktop quality but for mobile performances and reliability. Inspired by old vintage tape based mellotron, Evotion follows a no-frills approach to give an inspirational instrument, featuring odd new visual interface approaches and a unique distinct sound identity.
DETAILS ABOUT THE SYNTH: in the Model 1 of Evotion you get a layered evolving sound of unparallaled lenght (1 minute) and quality (no loops as the other synths on store), playing different pre-defined chords on different 'keys'. You'll discover soon how you can quickly create lush and inspired chord sequences, easily and always changing.There are not just notes but harmonically layered chords for a midway between generative music and a normal controlled synth. This is not (or not only!) a toy for fun with your friends but a way to inspire and enrich your music compositions or live playing.
The free track 'Clouds' included (released worldwide through a major indie uk record label) illustrates how you can use the complex layered (ready to use with one finger!) chords you get on the keyboard.
