For some reason when I’m in the lab my game freeze after i battle the SH commander

So far, this game is super fun. The music is great, the graphics are great as well, etc. However, every time I beat the SH commander in carbon city, my game freezes. My creo is still moving it’s legs, but I can’t use any buttons. I try to restart the game but it just brings me right back to where I started, except my creo are hurt. It’s like it saves what my creo undergo in the battle but when I restart, the creo don’t change, but the battle restarts if that makes any sense. Please fix this. I can’t continue the game if this keeps freezing.

I would have rated it five stars but I noticed it has a few glitches like when i opened the creopedia it just turns into a black screen and i’m stuck at the carbon lab part of the story because every time i beat the boss in the back everyone disappears like normal but my controllers and the whole screen refused to respond so i can’t save after beating her. Can’t wait for update to fix this then my rating will change.

I’ve played through this game several times on different devices. I was disappointed when starting from the beginning on my new iPad that the game freezes in the first Shadow Hive lair every time I finish the last battle. On top of which when I rebooted the game the monsters I had purchased were no longer in my inventory. I would appreciate these glitches being fixed because I do enjoy playing and would like to continue.

This game was really fun when I first played it over a year ago. This version is extremely buggy with freezing and black screens.

This game is very good and I really like it but recently, it’s been very glitchy. For example, every time after a fight, My screen looks normal but I can’t move or open the menu so I can’t save my progress. Due to this issue, I have had the same match for than 4 times against the shadow hive queen.

I love it the only issues I have so far are the music cutting off and going staticky and then at the lab after beating the commander I can’t continue on it freezes and I can’t move anymore. Can you please fix this issue!?

Game freezes whenever you fight SH commander, the only way around this to load the game onto an android devices. Other then that it’s a wonderful game
