App was initially free. Now I can't play unless I pay $4.99 to "purchase" decks. I hate when there are "free" apps but they only really work after paying. Game is okay, but not sure it's worth $4.99...

There is a notification that won't go away, no matter what I do. It's never been like that before, but it's super annoying. Other than that, it's a fun app. Bought all the packs.
