Nothing in this app works! Network errors on EVERYTHING! Take this piece of trash off the App Store or fix it!

Best book writing app I found. I liked it enough I bought the professional version. It is constantly improving. I never write reviews but the wonderful customer service I received today had to be shared. I was having problems logging in. I emailed them. They answered me very politely and were looking into the problem within a half hour and the problem was solved in less than an hour!

Not what I was expecting
I feel dumb!
From the app preview it looked like exactly what I needed to help me keep plots, characters, places etc straight but the app itself is very glitchy, used it for all of 5 minutes before I decided it was more trouble than it was worth.
