Great app very easy to use and learn from. I particularly enjoy the basic nature of each lesson broken down into small bite size lessons. Highly advise new puppy owners to get this app!!!
Loved it until I couldn’t use it

Purchased for a year and now I can’t view anything but the free videos. I’ve only been using since January 2021. Can’t figure out how to contact to ask what’s wrong. Would love to give a 5 star review.
Difficult to share

There’s no way to communicate with you in case of trouble shooting + you’re asking people to upgrade to family sharing but it’s complicated to do so... I’ve been paying for a week yet my family members have not been able to sign up
Dysfunctional and difficult to cancel

There’s no way to cancel your subscription through the app and there’s no way to recover your password if your phone didn’t save it. Been trying to get in contact with someone all day to recover my account so that I can cancel my subscription but have not been able to get into contact with anyone. This is disappointing and if I am charged for another month I will be FURIOUS. This is ridiculous that there’s no way to recover an account. Not to mention it creates a new account every time you try to guess what your username might be so you end up with like 3 different accounts. Ridiculous.
