A little confusing

Initially I wanted to invest in a fit bit but that didn't fit into the budget. So before signing up I did a research for the best iOS walking apps and since I am covered under the Kaiser insurance program, this app was a no brainer, but getting started was confusing as all "get out!" I had not even started my walking regimen and the app recorded miles already walked! It would be nice if it showed actual steps taken also. Hopefully this new update will fix this. If not, good try.

Background App Refresh

The title says it all. I hope. I've had this app for several years and like the simplicity, but like others it started doing strange things a year or two ago (stop tracking, bad numbers, bad map track etc.). I have a different/new app that requires Background App Refresh be turned on so I tried it with this app. A few walks later it's still (now) working as expected.

What the F happened here

Used this app all summer & it worked great. Can't use it for long than 7 minutes until it automatically shuts off and doesn't track anything. Fix!

Needs immediate fix

This used to be my goto app for walking and running. Unfortunately the most recent update added a fatal flaw to the operation; namely, the app randomly quits and loses all data (from the current walk). This is not a rare occurrence, happens at least 75% of the time. This app has been rendered useless and will remain so until fixed.

Used to work great but has started crashing every 5-10 minutes. Removed from phone and reinstalled. Sadly I've lost two years of walking data. I posted this in December of 2015, now near the end of Jan 2016 still unusable. After I unlock my screen EBW RESETS BACK JUST AS IF I NEVER STARTED IT. Sad.
