My daughter loves this game

My daughter loves this game, however it doesn’t keep her gems or whatever. They keep disappearing. I bought her the small pack and it went away by the time she wanted to play again. This keeps happening… she had like 1,300 when she stopped playing last night and now it’s down to 51? I know she didn’t spend it all because I sat there and watched her… fix this issue?

My daughter is so upset. Her progress has been wiped from the game. I didn’t change phones or services. Just suddenly gone. Disappointing.

I keep logging in to the same amount of embers and purchase the same armor over and over again :/ otherwise a fun game to pass the time. I think this bug is new cause it didn’t used to do this.

This game amazed me. I love the graphics and the story. And I love how there’s no ad’s. But I don’t really like how when you run you hardly get any embers and you have to buy them. But I also love all the horses and the abilities they each have. I highly recommend this app it is AMAZING ? and I love it SO Much.
