European War Lite

European War (musket & artillery) is a new style strategy game for iPhone & iPod. It takes you to battleground Europe during the eighteenth century and nineteenth century. In this game many tactics been used in order to defeat the other forces. You can select six empires: British, French, Ottoman, Russia, Germany and Austro-Hungary in this age. If your army conquest enemy’s territory your total tax revenue will be improved. You would get all of the empire’s Territories and improve yourself total tax revenue after your army conquered enemy’s Capital. Tax can be used to purchase cards (Draft Card, General Card, Marshal Card, Ship Card, Fortress Card, Cannon Fire Card.)

It's ok to play but We still have a small problem with the Ottomans: 1. Janissary costumes are still not changed. Look at any history book, Ottoman soldiers never wore anything like the European soldiers did. They were Jannisaries, they have a special costume. 2. Ottoman capital was Istanbul not Constantinople. Just change the name for gods sake! That's all. I love the rest of it!

I like the whole idea and I was really looking forward to buy, however, please do some research on the Ottoman Empire. Suggestions: 1. The capital of Ottoman Empire was "Istanbul", not "Constantinople", there is a huge difference, and yes, we are sensitive about it. 2. Ottoman's janissaries never looked like those infantries, maybe change their look? 3. I would prefer an Ottoman Palace instead of a Mosque as the symbol of the capital, seriously, that's prejudice. That's all I can ask for right now. The rest I love about it. Thanks for a great game like this!

I really liked this game on several levels. The graphics are well done and professional. The game play is a good - easy to understand; challenging to master. The interface is clean. As far as turn-based games go, this is one of the better ones out there. The one slight drawback is the instructions have a bit of Engrish, but overall they are understandable.

This game is great- the lite version still has me playing. Every other lite game i play i am finished with in 10-15 minutes but not this one. i highly recomend this game and the full version as well

This is a nice little Risk game, and if you know how to play Risk you will do just fine for the most part. But no newcomer could figure out how to play by the contorted and choppy translation to English throughout the game. It gets so bad, that for the Battle Mode game of Austerlitz, the objective of the battle is left out. Please redo the written parts of the game with a native English speaker and give us an update!
