Good app, why so many bad reviews?

Developers, perhaps you could shed some light on the situation for new users and explain why there are more than a handful of reviews complaining about their funds not being able to be withdrawn. I’ve wanted a few friends to use this app and they see some of the bad review, (even though there are more good ones,) and say that I’m crazy to use an app when there are more complaints about funds unavailability than there should be. Is it perhaps because US Customers are ignoring the rules and signing up anyway, and in order to stay compliant, is it a bit of a process then to get their money back after they violated rules?

I tried chat got tired of waiting for response. I was looking to transfer my binance holdings to here but it looks like you only deal in cash. If true then are you a derivative exchange and we don’t own our crypto.

Do not use EToro, they will not allow release your money once you request for a withdrawal. Customer Service is awful, or rather non-existence. I am going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission! They take your money but will not disperse it!
