Good game, one question

When I try to make an account it says my email address has “illegal characters in it” 1. I don’t know what that means! 2. When I look at my email it doesn’t look like it has any unusual characters in it! It just looks like my normal email! If the developers read this please get back to me and fix this (I hope nothings wrong with my email) bug! Ps. When I tried to get customer service on safari and it said there was no url for your website?
