The science of ‘Where’
Adventures Ahead
Very good. Easy to navigate. I like the ability to search by presentation and by presenter. Having the tab to post a review on the presentation sight was very convenient. One thing that would improve the design is to enable location option on the map.

Best conference App I have used. I love the syncing with AGOL account for easy scheduling. Very convenient. Have used this app about four times and will continue.
Difficult to get what you want

Made it too glitzy instead of functional. Difficult to find anything. Ironically, the building map is NOT good. Why all of DC? Don’t you think we have other map apps to see DC? This should be the building only. Want to make the map even more useful? Add my location. More useful yet? Directions to the session I want to go to. You demonstrate apps like that in the plenary. Add it to *this* app and really impress me. Really though. Just the building. Not the city.

Wish it would create a map of where I am going to go next based of selected sessions. Since the convention center is big it would save time.

This year’s edition is superb—much better than last year’s. Easy and natural to use, reliable, convenient. This year, it’s what each of my colleagues turns to to check his/her plans for sessions or to find a session. I’ve been to many Dev Summits, and I haven’t seen this level of app adoption before.
Category Filter?

Maybe I missed it but would be nice to have a filter by category or track to quickly plan a schedule. There are many sessions and hard to pick from. Or AI virtual assistant or survey to help guide me.

The categories are not clear. There is no category for pre conferee. Also it’s not clear what kind of users can attend what kind of session.
Constantly crashes on iOS, needs calendar view

Freezes on iOS requiring a complete restart of mobile device (iPhone and iPad Pro). App will it close unless device is turned off and back on. Surely needs a calendar view.
App Crashes - Notes Not Saved

Useful, easy to use app. It crashed twice on me so far and I lost the notes I was taking in it. Won’t use the Note functionality any more...
