So I scan page 75 to try to buy a pair of trunks. The tells me the trunks are on page 75. Really? I'm scanning the page. No link to buying the item, no added info, just the page from the magazine. Which, by the way, I'm looking at ...
Supposed to scan pages from the magazine-it doesn't at all. They had an app called Netpage to do that before and it worked great.
Not much to this app without the scanner. Releasing it when it's not ready for prime time.....not the Esquire style!
Esquire has been pushing this thing for months. It hasn't worked since it launched. Don't waste your time
So far the scan function doesn't work. Hopefully just a bug they'll correct. Till they do this app is pointless. Version 2.0 is worse. Now it opens in frozen scan mode so there is zero content available through the app. So far this is garbage.
Esquire replaces the Netpage app referenced in older issues with this app and brings none of the visual triggers from the older app into this new one rendering the app useless but nothing but the newest issues. No thanks!
Less functionality than the previous app, which is a bummer. The worst thing is that you can watch the wide screen videos in landscape. They won't rotate at all. Very annoying.
