Game is full of problems

The music is terrible, touch areas are not well defined, some needed elements are not accessible and even after solving a clue for a combination, the combination does not work. I upgraded to remove ads, so warning to all - don’t pay anything for this game. I am contacting Apple and requesting a refund.
