Cannot drag items. Cannot tell what they are

I have horrible difficulty dragging items in this map. This is on top of the fact I can't tell what the items are. I thought the razor was a coffee machine. Gave up in the middle of the game.
Short, fun..
Casual mode
..but, as another mentioned, items are difficult to drag from inventory..tap sensitivity is a little off.
