Door code still not working

Problem appears to be that the ‘lock’ button on the keypad for the door is not active, does not respond to touch like the number keys do.

To open the first door. Thought I was getting it wrong. Watched walk through did same thing. NOTHING. CODE DOES NOT WORK!
