Glitch?

Unable to finish first level as at the end after shooting to get the disc, either the ad at the bottom covers the fallen disc or a glitch. Can't finish the level without that step.
Problem with the game
Stuck and need a hint!!!! :-/
The laser gun is pointed but cannot get the last blue target disc from anywhere. Can't finish game
