Hours change when adding adding notes off the clock. Not just change but completely screw up and erase past pins sometimes adding days of labor to tickets.
When looking up customer I can’t look up any of pictures for model serials of unit feel it would be easy feature to add and help people that use it more. Only way is to dispatch and that messes it up for company.
I’m having trouble when I’m filling out an invoice on my iPhone 8 the app isnt allowing me to touch the bottom half of my screen and it’s also not showing me all of dispatches besides the issues I’m having I love this app
App is full of bugs with the new update. Cannot add more than one item on the invoice screen. Dispatches are cut off on the main dispatch screen.
Newest update will cut off half the dispatches and you have to turn you phone side ways to add another invoice item. Also randomly logs you out in the middle of filling out a ticket. NEED! To fix this fast!

Turn phone sideways if you can’t add another item, downloaded app to personal phone while work phone being repaired, could not add item after the first one, turned phone sideways then “add item” worked.
I agree with everything above said I want the old version back it’s so frustrating when I use this app to get through my days work!!!?
After today’s update, app is absolutely useless! Kept getting errors and now I’m not even able to log into the app. We have several techs working off this app. As of today, we’ve had to resort to paper invoices and calling the office for our assignments. Fix this ASAP!
