Great app

Wow

Javagamal

This is my new #1 go to app. Over the past 2 years I have made several quick reference lists with all the stuff that I found missing from other apps, but I don't need EM anymore. This one has everything in one place with a superior user interface and the best search ability by far! You'll be able to quickly find everything from drip rates to PALS algorithms within second with minimal hunting and scrolling. Also, everything in the app has the references/sources footnoted at the bottom of the page so you can easily quote or double check where you're getting your information. This is the app to rule them all!

Excellent app

This app is great. I've used it often throughout my residency and has especially come in handy during codes.

Unbelievable

If there was one medical app in regards to pertinent medical information that is easy to access and organized to perfection, it is this one. Bravo.

Amateurish

AFDoc99

Despite the updates, this app still leaves much to be desired. Its limited content barely scratches the surface of common pathology seen in the ED and its overall design is not user friendly (not to mention the feces colored background). You have to know exactly what section information is located in and then you have to view the entire section to hunt for the one isolated piece of data you were looking for. It is a good attempt, but I would look elsewhere for a solid professional reference.

Simple and effective

Like any good medication, intervention, decision rule, or study simple and effective are the most effective. This app is straight-forward and has some of the most commonly-used and referenced items in the ED. While geared towards residents and students, I find useful stuff in this app all the time. It is not intended to be an all-encompassing reference nor does it pretend to be. Great for what it is -- a quick and easy to use reference.
