This app helps me organize and schedule my endless list of tasks (both work and personal) and keeps me on track. It’s been a lifesaver.

Really enjoyed using Errands. A fave feature is the tailorable alerts & reminders. BUT...I stopped using it when it had issues with calendar presentation...and want to go back but afraid to! No major updates in 3 years...what if dev stops working on it? Is there a protege to take it over??

This is so customizable! I love how I can organize my lists to work for my way of productivity- David Allen's Getting Things Done. ✅ I have used this app daily for years. YEARS! ??

The red checks disappear after I check errands as complete. The checks need to stay until I remove them. Otherwise the app is great ‼️

When my previous favorite got discontinued, I reviewed about 10 different to do lists, and settled on errands as the best combination of features, simplicity, and cost ($0)! :-) A couple of things that I think would make it even better would be the ability to rearrange the order of tasks without having to use the edit button once a person has indicated their intention to organize tasks manually. Also, if I’m in the focus list and I add a task, I would like to see the default be that it would go into the focus list. There should no need to assign a list if you’re in that list and add a task. Finally, it would be great if one could convert a task to a sub task simply by swiping right. These are features that I’ve seen elsewhere that would make it a five star app in my view.

This is the only reminder app I’ve ever been able to stick with! It’s simple but effective! However, it could REALLY use a 5, 15 and 30 minute alert feature. The short duration alerts are either one minute or one hour. I need options in between for those tasks I can’t get to immediately but need a reminder within the hour.

This is one of my favorite apps! It’s not just errands but I keep grocery/shopping lists, project lists, steps to complete a project. This is great for so many things. I highly recommend it.
