Good but crashes...

This is a fun strategy defense game, easy to get the hang of after the tutorial, but I run into a major problem: after the loading screen before map 1-4, the app always crashes. I am playing this on the latest gen iPod touch. Would appreciate a fix for this crashing problem.

Love the game but no updates since 2013?? It doesn't work on newer iPhones. I guess developer lost interest. Too bad. You get a good thing and then...nothing works anymore. I still play it on an old iPhone with older IOS. Hey developer if you read this how about an update? That would be nice.
