Well, this is long overdue. I have used this app with my 5s for over two years and from what I have experienced with it and the developer, it is first class! The controls are simple, navigation is easy, music is loaded automatically (even playlists - and ACCURATELY), colors for the app are unlimited and with the equalizer set to your preferences, music sounds fantastic! I run my playlists through my Bose Mini, Bose Acoustic Wave, over my Polk Audio speakers, Bose headphones, Yamaha headphones and in my 03 4Runner which has an awesome factory stereo! I love the stereo separation feature, especially with headphones! I have tried three other of the EQ apps that are supposed to be really top notch, and I always go back to EQ10 - won't bother ever trying a different one, ever! I have owned some of the best audio equipment over the years: Akai, Sennheiser, Yamaha, Bang & Olufsen, the older Pioneer and Onkyo stuff and Bose. This app makes anything you may play your music through sound amazing. If you need to communicate with the developer, he is more responsive than most anyone with whom I have done business. And since I'm almost sixty two, that's a lot of time and a lot of business! And a ton of music experience! If you're looking for a really good EQ app that's easy to use and understand - and will make your music sound incredible, this is your app. I highly recommend EQ10!
Thought update had taken away a favorite feature. I was wrong!

Still a great app. After update, I thought that the 10 band equalizer had been replaced, but soon realized that the only change was an additional equalizer option. Much better organization of itunes content than the itunes music app, without the annoying Apple sales pitches at every turn.

The EQ sound & app functionity are mind-blowing. OS Music EQ presets are pretty terrible, this is my new go-to.
Please make this change!

Great app! I use to constantly. BUT! It always forgets where it is in a playlist. Could you please improve its ability to remember the last track it played or where it left off in a playlist? Thanks for the great app!

I was using tune shall for a while provably the best free EQ app. But after it disappeared and no longer on the App Store. I looked and looked for he next best thing. None of the free apps worked. So I took my chances on this one, and let me say this app is just as good as tune shell and recommend it to others that are looking for a great EQ app!
Not stand alone eq

Don't buy this to use with other music sources like Pandora, it won't work. I thought I could insert it to use with whatever I streamed but it doesn't work that way. Wasted a couple $$.
Used to Be Perfect

For years, EQ10 has been my go-to app for traveling. My right ear distorts low frequencies and EQ10 allowed me to equalize left and right tracks individually, giving me the depth I want without buzzing. The operative word in that last sentence is "allowed". Now, EQ10 is just another equalizer app, leaving "Equalizer" as the only decent app that lets me adjust ears separately. I suppose now, EQ10 can be compared with "Tune Shell" only with less control and fewer features. Three stars for being avarage.
Works ONLY with Apple's music

Sad, Apple's Music is too convoluted for my liking so I use Amazon for my music. This app will not work with it . Thus it's not really an equalizer for the ipad, just an equalizer for Apple Musioc.
Didn't Even Use

Wouldn't show any of the music that I had actually downloaded in my iPhone except for 2 songs. I have Apple Music as well that isn't downloaded, just stored in my cloud that didn't show either, but I expected that much. On the other hand for it not to show any of my other music left me very disappointed for the 2 dollars that I paid. It's W.E. though, I guess it's just 2. Hope others do not have the same issue when purchasing.
