People just don't understand...

D0gar00ski

I don't usually write reviews but this time I just had to. This isn't a game, but merely a tech demo, which only a few people seem to get. It's not intended to be playable, fun, or exciting, it's just showing off iOS 8's new "Metal" graphics engine (probably the wrong term there) with the Unreal Engine 4. Okay, that is all. :)

UHHH, would like to download this app but...

One bug found

The app says that's it's compatible with the iOS 8, but every time I go to try to download it-IT WON'T LET ME!!! Love the graphics and pictures/video I have seen though!

Fantastic experience

I'm a architecture student. I do like the scenes. It relaxed and inspired me.

I feel like something is about to scare me

This game kind of reminds me of one of those games that shows a beautiful landscape and then the machines from five nights at Freddy's pops out and eats you. It's beautiful and supposed to make you feel good but the whole time I'm afraid I will see rake marks that I didn't create and as I turn around, the mom from P.T is there to possess me. I don't know if this is a game glitch or the developer studied how to screw with people's heads in college but by the time my phone physically feels like a brick of fire from the game I have to turn it off due to my uncomfortable feeling I get both from the second degree burns on my hands and the fear that somethings gonna crawl up on the screen in the app and tell me to get a job.... Unreal engine looks nice!

Awesome!

The heck

Just do it developers!

I tried to get it but the app is "not compatible" with my iPad. Really? I tried when it first came out but, nooooo I read the description too late. Come on. FIX IT!!

Free, and effective.

Freshly optimistic

I read a couple reviews before downloading this free app. How you feel about this app really comes down to what your definition of a zen garden is. I learned about miniature zen gardens/ big zen gardens at a friends house as a child. I marveled at a bowl of sand, rocks, decorations and a tiny wooden rake on a kitchen counter. When my friends mom caught me looking at it I complimented her sculpture. This is when I learned what a zen garden is. She invited me to move things around in the mini zen garden, and I sheepishly told her that I did not want to ruin her beautiful arrangement. She explained that much like life zen gardens are in a constant state of change. Moving the sand, rocks, and other elements is meant to relax you. Lastly that nothing in life is permanent and that the miniature zen garden was meant to help embrace that. So if you have a real zen garden or miniature one this app will probably not appeal to you. However, if you are like me and you don't want to clean spilled sand then this app might be for you. The fish, butterflies, birds, and flying island are a big plus. If you are looking for a video game or a story you might be disappointed with this app. Some features like moving rocks and different sand tools might be nice, but for a free app I am very impressed.

Can we get an update???
