Reasonably fun game, but no customer support

The game itself is decent if it works. A bit heavy on the grinding though, especially later on. That aside, there are some bugs, and customer support is not only built on a clunky, very poorly designed system, but they’re just there for show, and will not help you if the game breaks. I had to spend some bookmarks to make up for a bugged daily quest (customer support doesn’t respond usually for at least a day or two), and was basically sent a canned email saying that support will not help anyone that loses items due to bugs

I used to play this game all the time but ever since I moved to japan and had to get a Japanese phone for my work I haven’t been able to play it due to the fact it only displays in Japanese I have tried changing the language but the only option available for me is the Japanese language a little frustrating I have looked up guides on how to fix my issue and none of them have worked hopefully they push patches out to fix this in the near future

Now ive played this gane for a long time and have grindef very hard up to 6 hours a day sometimes. The story is great enough to become an anime in my opinion. Theres plenty to do which is good also. Also you dont need to have a special 5 star to be poweful. You can get a 3 star and level them up to the best in the game which is nice. And the cutscenes and animation is really good. Heres the issues. The draw rates are horrendus. This has the worst rng drop rate for characters out of evry gatcha game i played. Also the fact that you need to do 120 summons on a one banner to get the new character gaurenteed is just ughh not good at all. The grind and farm is heavy and long so you get bored quickly. Theres way too many different ingredients, currency’s, and other little things to get. So much so that you literally need a sheet or two of paper to write down how to get each one. Its overflooded tbh. It would take a tremendous amount of time earn every little thing to get. Most people cant spend 10 hours or more a day grinding thus game. Id give it a better rating if the draw rate was fair as in if i do up to 10 multis i should at keast get a gaurenteed 5 star. Doesnt even have to be the featured one. Of all this time i pkayed which is like a year n half to two years i only hve around 10-13 5 stars. (In comparison on bleach brave souls i can get up to 15 6 stars every 3 months at least. On dokkan i can get up 20-30 ssrs in a month or two if i grind it. On dan machi i can up to 10 4stars(rarest rarity) in a month or two. In db legends i can get up to 10 sparking units monthly, in azur lane i can get up to 20 sr a month). So as you can see in comparison this game is not for people who wanna even collect. Id say just look up all the cutscenes and watch them. Itll be like a ova episode. I do hope one day this becomes an anime like azur lane did cuz i think itll be good. Anyway i rambled a bit but you see my point. Got a couple good points but glaring issues tbh.

This game is amazing. Every character has awesome animations and visuals. The rate to pull a 5 star isnt so bad. Ive been F2P for about 3 months and have gotten multiple 5 star heroes. The story and side events are fun as well. This game has lots of potential.

The game at its core is amazing. Combat is easy to get used to and is not hard to learn at all. My issue with the game is with the summoning. The rates for the summons are abominable and strongly encourages players to pay for packages. Do not let in on their bs. You should already know that needing to buy a package just for a semi decent unit is a terrible deal and is just wrong in general. If you do not like Grundy games this game is not for you.

gearing is still a pain in the neck but the removal of pet snacks is going to help a lot. I’m very glad that a currency is being removed at last because the way things were going, I really thought we were going to have a new currency for every function of the game and as it stands I really can’t justify the existence of any more currencies. They fixed gear conversion so it’s a lot less painful to convert ur crappy gear into more crappy gear for gold. Thank you for taking the time to make the changes needed for this game to thrive. I was honestly considering quitting the game since it didn’t look like anyone working on the game actually cared about it but with these new changes (and hopefully more to come) I really hope I won’t have to.
