Paid to remove add, add still appears

Paid for the the adds to be removed. Add still appears and can't adjust the speed of beat. What did I just pay for?

This app is the tempo is not accurate, it is too slow. Also, it has not been updated in so long it is not compatible with IOS 10. Eh other than that it is alright. I'm still deleting it though.
