I've used this app on an iPad and an iPhone to control a Canon 70D. As others have said, it's just OK. It will let you view photos and allow basic control of the camera for stills, not video. Unfortunately, Canon's goal is to obsolete this app, as well as their Camera Window app, with the new Canon Connect app. Once you download Camera Connect and figure out how to link it to your cameras (not intuitive, not easy), you will lose connectivity to EOS Remote. It's one or the other unless you relink the camera each time for each app. The only consolation is that they look the same and act the same. Once you have set up Camera Connect, which also works with Powershots, you can delete EOS Remote.

Please update for support iPhone 6 plus screen resolution. GoPro apps really great and seriously made it there apps for photography.

This is a great app and works as expected. I'll give it 5 stars when they add an intervelometer to it.

Iphone always find cam in wifi settings, but app never find it. So so disapointed :(

Dear Canon, As a photographer, this app is FAR superior to the Canon Connect app. Please dont kill a good thing. I realize its a pain to maintain two code bases, but be aware of your user base. This app is cleaner to use when shooting and adjusting settings, and always rotates to wide view. The new app often wont rotate which is useless.
