Will not open on iPad

I have never had a problem with this app on my iPad until today, been using it for one and half years. When selected I see the opening Enlighten screen initially then it disappears and the iOS app select screen reappears. I can log on and use Enlighten via the web site with this iPad. I am running iOS 11 but that wasn’t a problem two days ago either.

Old version was working on my I Phone. Now, when you click on the latest version, it comes up for a second then turns off.

There doesn't seem to be a difference between the My Enlighten and Enlighten Manager app. It's basically the same app with a different name.. There's a bug when you open the app, it always defaults to Sep 8th as opposed to the current date. The screen shots in the images do not match this app. Very strange.
