As crazy at it is, this app really makes me excited to move my body more everyday and it makes it easier to keep my fitness commitments. I listen to it right before bed and it helps me fall asleep each and every time. I’ve listened to it for about a month straight now. Finding comfy headphones is key.


Don't believe the hype

This app doesn't work to help you want to exercise or have a desire to do it. Just puts you to sleep and not for long either. Waste of money.

At first I didn't find the purpose. But acer a week I felt amazing. I use all the apps depending on the mood. And they are all great.

It really works to me, I also enjoy other apps of these series, just missing: - be available in other languages like Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese, etc - at least a transcription as I cannot understand all words in English - rewind option , not just return to the beginning - access to mp3 without having to pay it again

Extremely soothing, relaxing.. I combined this recording with the book the miracle morning and used this recording for purposes of meditation, visualizations and affirmations (3 in 1).. My mornings have been transformed and I find I am eager to workout.. Bought more of these apps! I highly recommend

I am new to hypnosis and starting on a new exercise program at the same time. I started an intense work out routine "crossfit" and was suffering at the intensity, but I was focused and determined, so, I thought I'd give this a try. After about a week and a half I started to really enjoy the exercise! I did the hypnosis every other day. It worked for me! I'll continue listening a couple times a week. It's great to not dread working out!
