No Sound? Easy to fix!
- Go to Settings > General > Use Side Switch to: > Set to ‘Mute’
- Slide the Side Switch button so that a red dot does NOT show. Turn the volume up. Mute is now OFF.

An odd mix of games, matching, and transcription

The iTunes description says you can “learn, teach and perfect English pronunciation” by using this app. There is only work on consonant and vowel sounds and on transcribing these sounds. Other features that affect English pronunciation, such as word stress and any phrase-level features, are missing. This has an odd mixture of easy games more geared toward children and difficult quizzes based on IPA transcriptions more geared toward adults. Because of how individual sound clips were created, many consonant and vowel sounds do not sound authentic, making this a less than ideal tool for pronunciation training.
